Is homosexuality legal in Saint Lucia?

No. Same-sex sexual activity is illegal. However, it appears that this law is not currently being enforced.


The maximum penalty is 10 years in prison.


There is an ongoing discussion about decriminalisation but there doesn’t seem to be sufficient political will to take the action required.
